FNS30510  Certificate III in General Insurance

This qualification course is designed to reflect the role of entry level employees working across the general insurance industry who perform duties such as:

  • responding to customer enquiries
  • database processing
  • performing clerical duties
  • registering claims and providing claims support

Students are provided the opportunity to choose electives which suits their needs. 

The course is a combination of written assessment tasks and practical assessment.   Students are provided the opportunity to demonstrate recognition of prior learning.

FNS41410 Certificate IV in General Insurance

This course is suited to mid level employees working within an underwriting or claims environment of an Insurer or Underwriting Agency.   This course offering is currently only available on an assessment basis and is suited to those who have experience within the general insurance sector.
